S1E2: The Settlement

Commander in Office: Ea, prince-heir of Anu

Today marks a new chapter in my journey on this strange and wondrous planet. Our scientist corp named it Ki, because it is brimming with life and Ki means to thrive. I was thrilled to be the officer selected for this planet and I shall make this a successful enterprise.

After communicating with my companions who have been orbiting above, they have finally arrived and together we have set out to create a camp for ourselves and the 25 other members of our team.

The task ahead of us was a daunting one, but we were determined to make this place our home. We scoured the surrounding area, searching for the perfect spot to set up our camp. And after much consideration, we finally found the perfect place – a wide, open meadow surrounded by towering trees, with a clear stream running nearby.

With the help of our advanced technology, we set to work constructing our new home. We worked tirelessly, each of us using our unique skills to contribute to the effort. Some of us built sturdy shelters, using the trees and branches that surrounded us. Others tended to the gardens, planting crops and cultivating the soil. And still others set up the infrastructure for our camp, installing power generators and communication systems.

As the day wore on, the camp began to take shape. The shelters rose from the ground, becoming sturdy and secure. The stone is malleable and easy to shape with our tools. We even made an agreeable location out of it. The gardens flourished, bursting with vibrant colors and scents. And the controlled streams began to teem with life, providing us with fresh water and a source of food.

As we worked, I couldn’t help but reflect on the journey that brought us to this place. We have come so far, traversing the vastness of space and discovering this strange and wondrous planet. And now, here we are, building a home for ourselves and the many others who will follow.

This camp is not just a physical structure, but a symbol of our journey and our commitment to this new world. It is a testament to our resilience and determination, and a place where we can thrive and grow. And I am filled with a sense of pride and joy as I look around at what we have created.

This is only the beginning of our journey on this planet. But I know that together, we will continue to explore and discover, and build a home that is as wondrous and magnificent as the world that surrounds us.

It was finally time to address the whole team to establish the plans for the coming future. This is an important venture, one that we cannot fail.

Today I become Enki, or prince of planet Ki, and it is time to communicate to all what comes ahead.

Today marks a new chapter in our journey on this magnificent planet. As we have established our camp and begun to make it our home, it is now time to turn our attention to the reason we are here.

As you all know, our planet is facing a grave crisis, and we have come to this world in search of a solution. The atmosphere of our home is failing, and we are in dire need of a precious metal that can help us restore it – gold.

And so, I call upon each and every one of you to join me in this effort. The task ahead of us is a daunting one, but I have faith in our strength and determination. Together, we will explore this world and mine the gold that we so desperately need.

I know that this will not be an easy road. The journey will be long, and the work will be hard. But I have no doubt that we will persevere, driven by our love for our home and our commitment to its survival.

So let us lay our plans, and set out upon this quest with all our hearts and minds. The future of our planet depends upon us, and I have no doubt that we will succeed.

Together, we will save our home and ensure that future generations may prosper. This is our mission, and our destiny. And I am honored to embark upon this journey with each and every one of you.
