Greetings friends and supporters of ENKI: Tales from the Past. I’m speaking to you today as season one and two wrap up their journeys.  It feels only right that I take a moment to thank each and every one of you for following Enki and company’s epic saga.

I am Mário Portela, the hands and brains behind the enthralling narrative you’ve been immersed in throughout our two seasons. Today, I extend a personal invitation for you to join me on a thrilling behind-the-scenes exploration of the season’s grand finale and story.

Your enthusiasm and insights into this complex story of the Anunnaki have been a constant source of inspiration as I strive to do justice to Ancient Alien’s tremendous body of research. Piecing together the mysteries of our ancient past is a tricky task, but knowing folks like you are along for the ride makes the challenges worthwhile.

So in this bonus episode, I wanted to reflect on where our characters stand at this pivotal point in the narrative.  I’m here to satisfy your intellectual hunger and unveil the answers you’ve been eagerly anticipating. As season 2 comes to a close, tensions between the brothers Enki and Enlil have reached a boiling point. The revelations Enki uncovered in the depths of the ominous Black Cube suggested a major conflict on the horizon. As war and devastation truly erupted between the rebel alliance and Enlil… what game is being played by the mysterious overseers? Who are they? So many mysteries remain as our saga heads into its next chapter.

Well, speaking of Abyss…

What is the Abzu? And what is Tiamat?

The Abzu, a term echoing through the ancient corridors of Sumerian language, unveils itself as more than mere words. Picture it – fresh and sacred waters bubbling forth from the abyssal underground, weaving through lakes, springs, rivers, and wells, drawing life from the very essence of the Abzu. In the tapestry of Sumerian and Akkadian mythology, the Abzu is not just a source but a primordial sea below the void space of the underworld, where Enki, the master of secrets, resides and rests. It is both the cradle and crucible of myth, where Abzu transforms into a primordial god, an intricate dance partner to the formidable Tiamat.

But our tale is a twist in the cosmic dance, shedding light on a different facet. We demystify the Abzu, hinting that it might be the clandestine moniker given by Enki to their resistance group. A group standing defiant against the looming forces of Enlil, who, in our tales, deploys a covert force named Tiamat. Tiamat, a harbinger of cleansing and annihilation, seeks to erase every trace of the Anunnaki presence.

As you ponder the unfolding drama, envision Season 3 as a battleground for these cosmic forces. Will Enki’s resistance prevail against the relentless might of Enlil’s Tiamat? The answer lies in the echoes of our forthcoming tales, a narrative dance between light and shadow, creation and destruction.

What happened to the Black Knight satellite?

Ah, the Black Knight satellite, a celestial sentinel woven into the fabric of our cosmic narrative. An astute listener, with eyes keen on the heavens, has questioned its fate since the chronicles of Season 1. Enlil, the puppeteer of celestial machinations, strategically placed this enigmatic observer to spy on Earth, casting shadows across our world.

But fear not, dear listeners, for the saga of the Black Knight satellite is far from concluded. The echoes of its presence reverberate through the epic events that unfurled in the grand finale of Season 2. The celestial ballet continues, and I assure you, the enigmatic satellite has not revealed its final dance.

In the realms of conspiracy and cosmic intrigue, whispers persist that the Black Knight satellite remains a silent guardian, still orbiting our planet TO THIS DAY. The digital realm holds the key to unlocking this celestial enigma—simply take a gander by searching for it on your favorite online search engine. The conspiracies are aplenty, the speculations diverse, and the mysteries surrounding the Black Knight satellite persist in the collective imagination.

As we embark on Season 3, the celestial chessboard evolves, and the Black Knight’s role takes center stage once more. Will it continue its vigil, silently observing the unfolding drama on Earth, or will its presence catalyze a new wave of cosmic events? The answers lie beyond the stars, waiting to be uncovered in the episodes that lie ahead. Who knows?

What really happened to Ninki?

Of all our troupe, perhaps the most enigmatic remains Ninki. Once a celebrated scientist in her own right before adopting a quieter life, there are tidings of rebel in Ninki’s storied past. Few know of her youthful indiscretions with Prince Enki that spawned the radiant Inanna.

Since withdrawing to the oasis of learning she cultivated in Mohenjo, Ninki maintained an enigmatic remove. Nowadays the region it’s called Mohenjo Daro, or mounds of the dead where there are residues of a huge nuclear explosion in the ancient past. Look it up.

Back to Ninki, what deeper purpose or designs stir now in Ninki’s soul no longer seems certain. Does she keep distanced purely for studious contemplation? Where did she go and why? Her recent mystifying vanishing into the stellar deeps leaves more questions. Has Ninki foreseen some pivotal transformation approaching and gone forth to midwife its beginnings? Or does she flee impending storms? Time will tell, if she deigns to return and share what wisdom the cosmos has imparted.

For now Ninki keeps her own counsel, but I trust that when action is most needed, her presence will make itself manifest once more. All depends on the choices that will shape days to come, and the roles each must play in what destiny now spins.

Who are the Lyrans?

The Lyrans are a long gone race of feline-like humanoids that came from Lyra and inhabited Mars, or planet Maldek, for over three millennia. They ended up destroying the planet with their warmongering ways and several ancient ruins on Earth prove some escaped our way. But that is a story for you to learn Beyond Enki.

Friends, as season 3 arrives, I am left bursting with anticipation for the revelations and adventures awaiting us! So many mysteries have been set in motion – I can hardly contain myself delivering more enticing episodes.

Will Enki, Inanna and Marduk’s group defeat Enlil’s Tiamat? And if war does come, whose allies will join each side? I shudder to imagine glorious Babylon’s fate should battle mar her dreaming spires.

What more can we hope to learn of Enlil’s sinister Black Cube and its mysterious new owners? Could there be even darker forces moving it from the shadows?

How will Inanna rise above her grief to play her destined role in the days ahead? Her bond with Dumuzi held portents I cannot yet discern – perhaps in finding her purpose again, missing pieces will fall into place.

With dynamics shifting fast between humanity and false gods, how will Marduk continue calibrating the balance and molding a bright future from the ashes of tragedy? Will his influence spread to other lands and seed new paradises from Babylon’s example?

And what answers might Ninki bring should she emerge once more from the starry deep? What wisdom will she impart to guide us through the gathering storm?

Friends, the questions left hanging are a siren’s call I cannot resist! I remain on feverish edge of anticipation for season 3’s premiere.
